Role Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models to solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from ideation to production.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and rigorous model evaluation and validation.
- Deploy models using modern ML frameworks and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in production.
- Build APIs and seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
- Work on advanced use cases across NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI domains.




- Support clients in AI adoption, insights generation, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML research, trends, tools, and technologies and apply them where relevant.

Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and model development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Solid experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs with AI/ML capabilities into enterprise systems.
- Proven expertise in at least one of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning).
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIn
