Role Responsibilities
- Assess the quality, naturalness, and clarity of AI-generated speech across various scenarios.
- Provide detailed and objective feedback to improve AI voice and language performance.
- Evaluate user experience by simulating real-world conversations with AI systems.
- Document findings with precision, highlighting both strengths and improvement areas.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to communicate key insights.
- Apply industry best practices in language evaluation to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements
- Have expertise in active listening and vocal analysis, especially in AI and language evaluations.




- Possess robust, objective reporting skills for clear and actionable feedback.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate nuanced observations.
- Have previous experience evaluating language technology or AI voice products.
- Have native-level proficiency in at least one language, with a keen ear for natural expression.
- Be able to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
