We are currently looking for a Senior Pega Engineer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pega platform and will play a key role in designing and implementing Pega applications that drive business efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Pega implementations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Pega applications and ensure applications function efficiently
Develop and maintain technical documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows
Mentor and guide junior developers on Pega standards, best practices, and methodologies
Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of development work being carried out by the team




Stay updated with the latest Pega releases and integrate new features as appropriate
Work with the QA team to ensure application quality through testing and bug resolution
Contribute to architectural discussions and implementation strategies for new Pega solutions
Ensure compliance with security standards and practices in all Pega applications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development and implementation
Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and working experience with Pega 8.x versions
Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega BPM and Case Management capabilities
Familiarity with integration techniques within Pega, including REST and SOAP APIs
Solid understanding of various Pega rules, data types, and user interface components
Proficiency in configuring Pega security, user roles, and access controls
