Role Description The Sales Promoter role at A29 is a temporary, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the Sales Promoter engages directly with customers, explains product features and advantages, and promotes A29’s wellbeing and lifestyle offerings in retail or event settings. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, answering customer queries, providing recommendations aligned with holistic wellbeing, and supporting sales targets. The Sales Promoter also helps with visual merchandising,



maintaining product displays, collecting customer feedback, and coordinating with the sales and store teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and build rapport with diverse customers.
Sales and persuasion abilities, including basic knowledge of retail sales techniques and comfort in approaching potential customers.
Communication skills, with clear spoken English and local language proficiency, and the ability to explain product benefits simply and effectively.
Basic product and wellness awareness, with an interest in holistic wellbeing, lifestyle products, and learning about A29’s brand philosophy.
