Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead – CLM to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in test planning, defining test execution strategies, coordinating with business users and testing teams, and ensuring successful completion of UAT within project timelines. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills to drive quality deliverables across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive test plans, test approach, and UAT execution strategy.
- Define the overall testing scope, timelines, entry and exit criteria.
- Coordinate and support business users and testers throughout the UAT lifecycle.




- Monitor daily testing progress and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
- Track defects, prioritize issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Address tester queries, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution during UAT.
- Review test scenarios, test cases, and execution results for completeness and quality.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Project Managers.
- Prepare daily and weekly test status reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
- Ensure testing deliverables meet project quality standards and timelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Support production validation and post-deployment verification activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, templates, and best practices.
