Role Responsibilities
- Label emotional tone, mood indicators, stress markers, and wellbeing-related themes in data.
- Apply validated frameworks per guidelines.
- Identify sensitive content requiring escalation per established safety protocols.
- Ensure annotations reflect nuance, context, and cultural sensitivity.
- Contribute to refining guidelines for ambiguous or borderline cases.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content with care and professionalism.

Requirements:
- Background in psychology, counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
- Understanding of mental health terminology and common wellbeing frameworks.
- Strong emotional resilience and judgment when handling sensitive material.
- Ability to follow strict confidentiality and safety escalation protocols.
