The Senior Finance Specialist is an integral part of the client-dedicated finance team, supporting the management of all areas of the finance function of the Account, including month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to the Client, Account Management team and JLL Corporate Finance Team while serving as a key partner to the Finance Manager.
The position offers high client visibility and meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders across both client and JLL operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive financial control processes and ensure robust compliance monitoring with relevant policies and procedures across all client account operations
- Execute comprehensive month-end closing processes including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Generate timely and accurate client invoices, maintain detailed accounts receivable records, and conduct aging analysis to optimize collection processes and cash flow management.
- Provide high-quality financial reporting to JLL Account Teams and clients, including glide path performance analysis and budget variance reporting
