About the job:
You will work hands-on with developing the next generation of autonomous platforms and their payloads. Our culture is one that values deep technical ownership and a very strong work ethic. If you are an engineer that likes to build with urgency and purpose, consider applying.
What you will own:
- Schematic capture and multilayer layout (Altium preferred; OrCAD or KiCad fine)
- Mixed-signal boards: sensor front ends, battery and power electronics, high-speed digital (MIPI/LVDS, USB, Ethernet)
- Design for EMI/EMC (MIL-STD-461) and marine conditions: conformal coating, potting, corrosion protection
- Stack-up design, signal and power integrity, DFM with fab and assembly houses
- BoM ownership and component obsolescence management
- Board bring-up and fine-pitch rework with the firmware team
You have:
- 4+ years with boards of your own design in production
- A portfolio of layouts you can walk us through, decision by decision
- Bonus: ruggedized or defence electronics, RF layout, thermal design
