Job Responsibilities
- Source new customers for
home loans
through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (
Loan Against Property)
- Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
