What would you do? FP&A; Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of FP&A; processes and driving transformational initiatives for the client.



This role ensures operational excellence, adherence to global FP&A; standards, and continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs. The FP&A; Delivery Lead ensures alignment with Group FP&A; standards and frameworks, translating strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and insights. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders to help improve business performance by understanding Fonterra business, how it impacts FP&A; processes and a potential solution.

What are we looking for? Education Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Management required. MBA/CA/CMA preferred. Leadership or management certifications advantageous. Skills, Competencies, Experience Required

13–15+ years of FP&A; or commercial finance experience with team leadership exposure.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
