About The Position
We're looking for a Senior Chemist to join our R&D; team and contribute to the development of new chemical processes from concept to scale-up.

The role will focus on extraction, purification, process optimization, and lab-scale process development. We're seeking someone who enjoys hands-on experimentation, data-driven problem solving, and translating ideas into practical processes.

Qualifications
- ⁠ ⁠M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
- ⁠ ⁠5+ years of relevant industrial R&D; experience

Key responsibilities
- ⁠ ⁠Design and execute laboratory-scale R&D; experiments
- ⁠ ⁠Develop and optimize extraction, purification, and separation processes
- ⁠ ⁠Evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- ⁠ ⁠Generate reliable experimental data and maintain detailed technical documentation




- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the engineering team during pilot and scale-up activities
- ⁠ ⁠Support technology development from concept through proof-of-scale

What we're looking for
- ⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with extraction and separation processes
- ⁠ ⁠Experience designing and executing laboratory-scale experiments
- ⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with process development and optimization
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to maintain clear documentation and communicate technical findings
