Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead with a robust focus on Agentic AI development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting production-scale distributed applications and implementing infrastructure as code using AWS technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of observability tools and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Agentic AI applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Implement and maintain SRE practices to enhance system reliability, availability, and performance.
- Utilize AWS services and tools, including CloudFormation and AWS SDK, to manage infrastructure as code.
- Monitor application performance and reliability using observability tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI development, cloud computing, and SRE.

Mandatory Skills
- Proven expertise in Agentic AI development.
