As part of the Consulting Delivery Hub, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, contribute to complex sustainability projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of global consulting delivery.

Why this role matters?

As a Consultant - M&A; Value Creation, you will support ERM’s global consulting delivery by integrating ESG factors into transaction analysis and investment decision-making.



You will work within Mergers and Acquisition service line under Value Creation team, partnering with NA / EMEA regional stakeholders to turn complex and qualitative ESG concepts into actionable financial insights. This role is critical to ensure development and refinement of advanced financial models that incorporate ESG and sustainability metrics.

- Financial Quantification of ESG Levers.
- Identification of Value Creation / Value Protection Opportunities.
- Review of Business Case / Advanced Financial Models and Financial Statements.

What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) or skilled designation (CFA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modelling and valuation analysis, ideally within investment banking, strategy consulting, or transaction advisory roles.
