We are looking for a
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
who can communicate professionally, manage bookings, handle customer queries, and keep operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Attend calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and daily customer requests
- Share prices, quotations, and service details with clients
- Coordinate with logistics and field teams for deliveries and pickups
- Update booking details, schedules, and material readiness
- Maintain clear records of orders, customer details, and follow-ups
- Resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work closely with supervisors and management for smoother workflow

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years experience in customer support, operations, tele-calling, or admin roles




- Strong communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
- Ability to handle bookings, schedules, and follow-ups efficiently
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets/WhatsApp/CRM tools)
- Good coordination ability with field teams
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized

Skills & Qualifications
- Any degree or relevant experience
- Robust phone etiquette and polite communication
- Ability to manage daily operational documents
- Good follow-up skills and reliability
- Ability to stay calm in customer-facing situations
