Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development and Marketing Consultant. The consultant will identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation, build and maintain relationships with OEMs and manufacturing clients, and support the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research,



developing go-to-market and outreach strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating product demonstrations with the engineering team. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, and tracking performance metrics to support growth objectives.
