Job Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through channel partners, brokers, corporate tie-ups, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and key clients.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
- Work with premium residential, commercial, farmhouse, villa, and investment projects across NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize high-value deals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving business development targets.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Real Estate Sales.
- Real Estate experience preferr
