Job Role: HR Intern (KAM)

Job Overview
- We are looking for a proactive Intern to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate databases, and ensuring timely hiring for open positions.
- The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination:
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand requirements for vacant positions.
- Discuss job roles, skills, experience, and candidate requirements with stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth execution of the recruitment process.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Search and source qualified candidates through job portals, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Browse portfolio websites and candidate profiles to identify suitable talent.
- Use Boolean search techniques to find relevant candidates for critical roles.
- Collect and maintain candidate information for future hiring needs.





Job Posting & Candidate Engagement
- Advertise open positions on various job portals and external platforms.
- Send job offers and recruitment emails to selected candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay connected with previous candidates for future opportunities.

Recruitment Strategy & Research
- Research and recommend recent sourcing techniques, tools, and recruitment methods.
- Organize career events and participate in job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics such as:
- Time-to-fill
- Source-of-hire
- Hiring progress
- Maintain candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or organized databases.
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management.
