Job Description
- Generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and MSME customers.
- Visit local markets to acquire new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the branch team for customer sourcing and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Source recent customers through field visits and local market activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with MSME customers and business owners.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Field Operations
- Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition.




- Coordinate with branch staff for loan sourcing and processing.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Preferred Experience:
- Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales
- Gold Loan Sales
- FMCG / Pharma / B2B Field Sales
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Comfortable with field sales.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Preferred CIBIL Score: Above 650.
