Job Description
- Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment at customer sites.
- Provide in office and remote field service support from a home-based office.
- Travel locally to customer locations as required.
- Install and configure analog and IP-based CCTV systems.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve CCTV, networking, and cabling issues.
- Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed equipment.
- Perform installation work in industrial and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain analog and IP CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, and cabling issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of CCTV equipment.
- Test and terminate coaxial, fiber, and copper cables.
- Install low-voltage CCTV systems at customer sites.
- Dress and terminate equipment within IDF rooms.




- Program and configure analog and IP CCTV systems.
- Perform IO Box punching, testing, and numbering.
- Install and organize network racks.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
- Follow company safety standards during installation and maintenance work.
