Job Description
- Lead and manage large-scale interior fit-out projects across North India.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to final handover.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and safety standards.
- Manage premium interior projects including Club Houses, Sales Galleries, Experience Centres, Hospitality Spaces, and similar projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build solid client relationships and ensure successful project delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end execution of Club Houses, Sales Galleries, Experience Centres, Hospitality Spaces, and similar premium projects.
- Conduct project review meetings, site inspections, and stakeholder discussions.




- Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage procurement activities, vendor negotiations, subcontractors, and resource allocation.
- Ensure smooth coordination among all project stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple projects across different locations in India.

Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project execution to meet company and client quality expectations.
- Ensure adherence to building codes and compliance standards.

Risk & Client Management
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges proactively.
- Implement effective solutions to minimize project risks.
