Job Description
- Visit customer locations to install, maintain, and repair company machines.
- Service machines such as puff rice machines, noodle-making machines, paper plate machines, and other equipment.
- Ensure proper machine functioning and provide technical support to customers.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation, maintenance, and repair services.
- Work independently in field and industrial environments while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Install company machines at customer locations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machines.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Test machines after installation or repair to verify proper functionality.
- Provide customers with basic training on machine operation and maintenance.
- Identify faulty parts and repair or replace components as required.




- Maintain service reports and documentation after every customer visit.
- Coordinate with the office and service team regarding customer complaints and spare parts requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures during installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Travel to different customer locations based on service requirements.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues.
- Basic understanding of tools and machine components.
- Valuable customer communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in field locations.
