Job Description
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Generate new business through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, conduct sales presentations, and convert prospects into successful bookings.
- Plan and coordinate customer site visits to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor sales activities, lead allocation, follow-ups, and CRM pipeline management.
- Prepare sales performance reports and present updates to management.
- Coordinate with Telecalling, Marketing, Legal, and Accounts teams for smooth sales operations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Sales Executives.
- Conduct sales meetings, product training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.




- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and assist customers with documentation.
- Maintain high standards of customer service before and after sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
