Job Role: Field Marketing Executive (Home Loan Field Sales)

Job Description
- Generate Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field sales activities.
- Conduct daily field visits to builders, brokers, DSAs, connectors, and potential customers.
- Source fresh leads from the local real estate market.
- Collect and maintain loan file details and required customer information.
- Build and maintain a strong market presence within the assigned territory.
- Work in a target-driven environment to achieve business goals.
- Promote the company's home loan products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan and LAP business through field visits.
- Meet builders, brokers, DSAs, and connectors on a daily basis.
- Source qualified leads from the local real estate market.
- Collect customer details and loan file information.
- Maintain a strong local market presence in the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, and customers.




- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Support customers throughout the loan sourcing process.
- Maintain knowledge of loan documentation and processes.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, or Mortgage Sales.
- Strong local network with builders, DSAs, and brokers in NCR.
- Comfortable with daily field work and target-based sales.
- Experience in sourcing qualified leads.
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation and loan processes.
