Job Role: Telesales Executive

Job Description
- Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound communication channels.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, website inquiries, social media, referrals, and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable caregiving services.
- Explain company services, pricing, packages, terms, and policies professionally.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed customer bookings by handling objections effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Stay updated with company services, pricing, promotional campaigns, and market trends.

- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams for seamless onboarding.
- Resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
