Interview Process:
2 rounds – 1st round technical screening + 2nd round with leader

Must Haves:
- 7+ years with SQL, including advanced SQL Server development/admin
- DB2 (or similar) to SQL Server migration experience
- Robust C#/.NET development and support
- Extensive backend application development
- WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) experience (or similar such as shipping/logistics, freight, etc)
- Systems integration/interface development
- Production support and troubleshooting
- Windows Server administration and application hosting

Plusses:
- MVP architecture and legacy application support
- IIS administration
- ODBC/OLE DB and SQL Server OPENQUERY
- DB2 (AS400/System i) development/admin
- NHibernate ORM
- Mercurial/Tortoise Hg
- JSON and file-based integrations




- Logistics or Supply Chain experience
- Angular exposure
- ERP/WMS integrations
- Source control and deployment processes

Additional Qualifications/Soft Skills:
- Able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience gathering requirements from business users
- Proven project ownership and initiative
- Hands-on technical leadership

Day to Day:
Support and enhance WMS applications in a logistics/supply chain environment. Partner directly with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and manage projects through deployment. Serve as both a hands-on developer and technical lead across SQL Server, DB2, integrations, migrations, and production support.
