- Site Installer (Rooftop Solar)

Job Description
- Install and maintain rooftop solar systems at customer sites.
- Execute solar installation work while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor for daily installation activities.
- Handle installation tools, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Travel to assigned project sites for installation and maintenance work.
- Educate customers on the basic operation of installed solar systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Install rooftop solar systems, including module mounting, inverter installation, wiring, and electrical connections.
- Ensure installations are completed according to approved designs and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily work activities with the Site Supervisor.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of rooftop solar systems.
- Safely handle tools, equipment, and installation materials.
- Maintain installation records, checklists,



and site photographs.
- Support service and maintenance visits whenever required.
- Guide customers on the basic operation and maintenance of the installed solar system.

Eligibility
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems and electrical wiring.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments.
- Physically fit to perform site work, including working at heights.
- Must own a motorcycle or car for site travel.
