Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java Enterprise Edition frameworks.
Knowledge of front-end technologies and integration with backend services.
