Role Description The Sales Manager – Bajaj Life Insurance Direct Channel (Noida) is a full-time,



on-site role responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through the direct channel. This role includes managing and mentoring a sales team, setting and monitoring performance targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives. The Sales Manager will oversee lead generation and conversion, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and cross-selling opportunities. Daily responsibilities involve sales reporting, pipeline management, coordination with marketing and operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines. The role also requires active participation in training initiatives, market analysis, and continuous improvement of sales processes to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.
