Responsibilities :

Manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages of development, ensuring they meet strategic goals and project objectives.
Develop an understanding of the universal remote control, hospitality, security, and home automation markets to effectively support customer and project requirements
Develop and maintain project schedules,



dependencies, budgets, resource allocation plans, risk and mitigation plans for each assigned project in Project Portfolio Management software (KeyedIn).
Lead cross-functional teams to drive decisions, resolve issues, and maintain alignment among engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customers
Monitor and document each assigned project’s progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in KeyedIn.
Prepare and present executive-level project status, key risks, mitigation plans, and recovery plans to leadership and customers
Motivate project teams to meet or exceed project objectives.
Drive project execution through proactive management of schedules, critical paths, risks, dependencies, and action items
Manage the development of turnkey products from concept through mass production based on customer requirements
Manage alternate part qualifications, factory transfer
