About the Role

Mechatronics International is looking for an experienced
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
with strong expertise in
SolidWorks, ANSYS Mechanical, and engineering simulation
to lead the design and validation of next-generation warehouse automation systems.

This is a high-impact role where you will own complete machine development—from concept and detailed design to simulation, manufacturing support, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Design complete industrial automation machines using
SolidWorks
- Perform engineering simulations using ANSYS Mechanical / Workbench
- Validate machine performance through:
- Static Structural Analysis
- Modal & Vibration Analysis
- Fatigue Analysis




- Buckling Analysis
- Thermal Analysis
- Transient & Energetic Analysis
- Contact & Deformation Analysis
- Design and optimize:
- Machine frames and fabricated structures
- Conveyor and sorter systems
- Servo-driven motion systems
- Linear motion and lifting mechanisms
- Shafts, bearings, couplings, pulleys and gearboxes
- Perform engineering calculations for motors, servos, shafts, bearings, gearboxes and power transmission components.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOMs and production documentation.
- Conduct design reviews and mentor junior mechanical engineers.
- Support prototype development, manufacturing, assembly, FAT and commissioning.
- Drive continuous improvement in machine performance, reliability and cost optimization.

Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of
SolidWorks
- Strong hands-on experience with ANSYS Mechanical / Workbench
- Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage
