Experience : 10-12 Years working experience in the field of Indirect Taxation preferably in the
Project-Oriented Heavy Engineering Industry at Middle Management level.

Exposure of ERP (SAP).
Salary : 30-35 Lacs(CTC).

Key Responsibilities:
Handling team of 3 Person

1. GST Compliances

Oversee end-to-end GST compliance across multiple registrations, ensuring accuracy of returns and adherence to timelines.
Monitor operational execution of filings of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 etc ) with periodic review controls to eliminate errors and exposure.

2. Job Work & Operational Controls

Supervise Job Work processes under Section 143 of CGST Act, including challan tracking,



ITC-04 filings, and reconciliation controls.
Validate documentation and physical flow alignment to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits/investigations.
MIS for periodical review about ageing of open challans , and compliance status.

3. ITC Optimization & Vendor Compliance

Ensure ITC eligibility through robust validation of inputs, services, and capital goods with proper documentation nexus.
Monitor compliance with Section 16(2) of CGST Act and Rule 37 of CGST Rules, focusing on vendor payments and reversal risks.
Review vendor compliance status and take corrective actions to safeguard ITC.

4. Risk Management & Technical Accuracy

Identify and mitigate high-risk areas such as valuation, classification, place of supply, cross-charge, and stock transfers, Adjustment of GST on advance, GST TDS reconciliation
