10+ Years of Experience (PolicyCenter)

In addition to core Technical Lead responsibilities, this role provides the opportunity to take ownership of the technical direction for Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, leading design, configuration, and integration efforts across a contemporary, cloud enabled ecosystem. You will serve as the hands on expert, shaping high quality, scalable solutions while influencing best practices across the team.

You will work across PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, and APIs,



while also contributing to a broader architecture that includes microservices, cloud platforms, and event driven technologies. This role offers strong visibility and impact, combining deep technical execution with leadership and mentorship in a fast paced agile environment.

Key Areas of Focus

Own technical design and code quality for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations
Lead development across Gosu and Java, including integrations, REST APIs, and data access
Contribute to modern engineering practices across microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
Mentor developers and promote strong coding standards, design practices, and troubleshooting approaches
Partner with architecture, product, and QA to deliver solutions aligned to business and technical objectives

What You Bring

Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (v10 or later), including configuration and integration patterns
Deep hands on expertise in Gosu and Java, along with REST APIs
