About The Role

As SetuAI's first dedicated Product Designer, you'll define the design language and user experience across our entire platform — from the student learning interface to the parent dashboard and institution admin portal.

You'll work directly with the founders and engineering team, moving from concept to shipped product quickly. We expect robust opinions, backed by user research and validated through data.

What you'll do

Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, and final specs
Design mobile-first, accessible interfaces for students aged 13–22
Build and maintain our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across all surfaces
Conduct user interviews and usability tests with students, parents, and teachers
Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Use analytics and heatmaps to identify friction and improve key user flows

What you bring

3+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or consumer apps
Expert Figma skills — components, variables, prototyping




Strong mobile design experience (iOS/Android patterns)
A portfolio demonstrating user-centred problem solving, not just visual craft
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Nice to have

Not required — but these will make you stand out.

Experience designing for Indian users and diverse connectivity conditions
Familiarity with motion design and Framer prototyping
EdTech or educational product design background
