Your key responsibilities:

Knowledge, skills & experience
- Requirements and stakeholder partnership - Own the engagement with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements, clarify the “why” behind requests, and translate needs into effective dashboard designs. This includes defining KPIs, agreeing metric definitions and drill down paths, and designing intuitive user journeys, filters, and controls that support day to day decision making.
