Specialist Manager, Marketing

We are looking for a Manager to work closely with U.S.-based Strategic Marketers—including portfolio marketing leaders, national marketing leaders, and Business Chief Marketing Officers (BCMOs)—to manage strategic marketing initiatives and service offering activations. This role defines campaign goals, guides execution across channels, and fosters collaboration across teams. Managers are responsible for performance reporting, annual planning, and operational standardization. They also coach team members and ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities and a client-first mindset.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and portfolio marketers to drive annual marketing planning, competitive analysis, and strategic alignment. You will collaborate with Client Account Teams, Research & Insights, and Market Intelligence to inform portfolio-level initiatives, integrate insights into campaign planning, and standardize operations for efficiency and impact.

In execution,



you will help manage the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across channels such as thought leadership, events, podcasts, and digital platforms. You will define campaign goals, oversee content development, ensure brand consistency, and guide demand generation strategies. Leveraging marketing platforms and tools, you will optimize execution, automate reporting, and mentor team members through feedback, performance management, and career development.

To measure impact, you will prepare and present performance reports to leadership, establish benchmarks and reporting cadences, and provide strategic recommendations. You will also direct media strategy for PR campaigns, analyze coverage and sentiment, and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and engagement.
