About The Role
Addepar is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join our world-class team.In this high-impact role, you won't just lead a group of engineers—you'll be the driving force behind scaling the Addepar Platform and architecting cross-cutting solutions that redefine how our products interact. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving the technical direction for cross cutting products across Addepar.
Collaborating with teams from various departments to successfully implement platform strategies.
Building and managing a team of exceptional engineers.
Ensuring flawless and timely execution of deliverables.
Developing and maintaining relationships with partners across Addepar.
To Succeed In This Role, You Must Have
Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering
Proven experience in leading engineering teams in fintech space.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Positive experience and knowledge in the tech stack including: Java (Version 17 OR 21) , Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS , SQL/noSQL Databases
Nice to have experience with CI/CD pipelines ,terraform, docker, kubernetes, etc
Important Note: This role requires you to be in office 3 days a week. (Hybrid Work Model)
