Your role
The Loan Coordinator Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the loan coordination operation supporting U.S. Wealth Management and Private Banking mortgage origination services. This team lead will be maintaining accountability for service delivery, quality, regulatory compliance and operational performance.
Your responsibilities:
lead teams of Loan Coordinators to achieve service, quality, productivity, and risk management objectives.
support Private Mortgage Bankers throughout the processing transaction including daily communication, expectation setting, and status updates
coordinate with Private Mortgage Banker and Underwriting to provide solutions for complex transactions
partner with Closing Specialist to schedule and assist the team in gathering needed items for closing documents
proactively manage loan escalations to ensure timely resolution, detailed communication and effective review analysis
efficiently manage a high-touch pipeline while providing excellent client satisfaction
promote the firm's values, culture,
and commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external clients.

The team provides support to mortgage origination fulfillment services to Private Mortgage Bankers and Wealth Management clients by supporting the residential mortgage process from application through closing.
Your expertise
8+ years of progressive mortgage operations or mortgage fulfillment experience, including leadership of large-scale teams supporting U.S. residential mortgage originations.
3+ years of team lead experience leading U.S. mortgage operations teams.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.
