Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Biophysics Platform manager to lead our team in providing top-notch technical services and CRO services. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in biophysics and a proven track record of managing teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the biophysics platform team to deliver high-quality services.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of biophysics instruments, including SPR, ITC, MST, and NanoDSF.
Develop and implement protocols for biophysics experiments.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Structural Biology or a related field.
Proficiency in English,
with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas clients.
Extensive experience with Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) techniques.
Having additional experience including Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC), Microscale Thermophoresis (MST), Nano Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (NanoDSF), would be better.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
