Why this role matters?

As a Survey Coordinator, you will be the operational engine behind ERM's UK survey programmes — coordinating access, scheduling, logistics,



and compliance across a portfolio of capital projects. Working within the Capital Project Delivery (CPD) — Projects Feasibility, Planning & Consents pillar, you will partner with Land Access Managers, Land Access Coordinators, technical survey leads, project managers to ensure surveys are delivered on time, safely, and in line with landowner permissions. This role is critical to de-risking survey programmes, maintaining CDM and H&S; compliance, and enabling CPD's UK Land Services and technical teams to grow through reliable, well-run field campaigns.

What your impact is?
- Survey programmes are delivered on schedule and within budget, with access, resource, and equipment aligned to landowner permissions and site constraints.
- Access windows are actively managed and re-planned in response to weather, ecology seasons, landowner availability, and construction interfaces — protecting critical path.
