Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Premium Gifting

Luxapack Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle premium corporate gifting and luxury packaging clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp & Email.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Design Team.

Manage design approvals, sample approvals, and order execution.

Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.

Resolve customer queries and maintain excellent client relationships.

Track project status and ensure timely delivery.

Update customer records in the CRM system and follow up regularly.

Requirements:

Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in CRM/Client Servicing.

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Experience in Printing, Packaging, Corporate Gifting, Luxury Products, or Wedding Cards will be preferred.
