We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven digital marketing person to join our team for a full-time role. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, LinkedIn marketing, and AI-powered marketing automation. This role offers hands-on experience in fintech marketing and the opportunity to work closely with leadership on strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Support B2B marketing initiatives aimed at generating awareness and qualified leads among banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and financial institutions.
- Manage and grow Monsoon CreditTech's LinkedIn presence through content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.




- Assist in the execution of lead-generation and brand-awareness campaigns.
- Explore and implement AI-powered marketing tools to automate content creation, campaign management, audience targeting, and reporting.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing assets and campaign materials.
- Support webinars, events, thought leadership initiatives, and employer branding activities.
- Assist in maintaining website content and ensuring consistency across digital channels.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Solid interest in digital marketing, B2B marketing, and growth marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn marketing.
