Role:
We are hiring a paid media specialist who thinks about audiences first and channels second. This role is for someone who can study a B2B market, work out who the buyers actually are, build segments that hold up, and then run paid campaigns against those segments across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and email. We care less about how many platforms you have touched and more about whether you can explain why a campaign worked.

Location and work model: Kochi. The first six months are in office, five days a week, so you can understand how we work, how our accounts are structured, and how we brief and report. On successful confirmation of probation at the end of that period,



the role moves to permanent work from home.

Responsibilities
Research the competitive landscape for each account you work on, covering how competitors position themselves, what they bid on, what messaging they run, and where the gaps are.
Build and maintain audience definitions for B2B buyers, including firmographic and role-based segmentation, intent signals, lookalike and remarketing pools, and first-party list development. This is the core of the role.
Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, from account structure and keyword research through to bidding, budget pacing and negative keyword hygiene.
Own email as a paid channel alongside the rest, covering list segmentation, sequence design, subject line and body testing, deliverability basics and follow-up logic.
Design and run proper A/B tests. That means one variable at a time, a defined hypothesis, a sample size you can defend, and
