Job Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Good knowledge of any GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, etc. 2. Contacting potential and existing customers over phone, emails and WhatsApp. 3. Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively. 4. Managing the sales process through dashboard and maintaining data in CRM. 5. Excellent customer service and sales skills. 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills
- 1. Knowledge of GDS. 2. Good communication (Written & Oral) skills in English. 3. Customer Service and Cross Selling Experience. 4. High attention to details and ability multitask. 5. Self-Motivated, willing to learn and adapt to current processes.

Good to have
- 1. Ticketing Tool Experience. 2. Good Communication Skill. 3. Customer Service Experience.
