Insight Global's Senior Qualified Recruiters are experienced recruiting professionals focused on identifying, engaging, and placing top talent for clients. They work closely with candidates throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle and continue supporting consultants after placement to ensure a world-class experience.

*This role will sit within our Hyderabad Headquarters Monday through Friday from 12pm IST to 9pm IST.*

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Demonstrated career longevity and strong performance record
- Full-desk recruiting experience in the India market
- Ability and willingness to work in a high-call-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word




- Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, Naukri, and/or CareerBuilder
- Strong understanding of pay rate negotiation
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Flexibility to support customers across different time zones when needed

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)
- Previous staffing agency experience
- Additional technical recruiting experience beyond the India market
