This position is for our client in Industrial Plumbing products.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling plumbing products to existing customers.
Requirements
- Experience - 1 to 4 Years.
- Robust knowledge of Plumbing products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with dealerships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Open to travel across Chennai region.
