The Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer is responsible for leading automation and functional testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management Tools (SMT), Power Platform,
and associated web applications. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, reliable releases by designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks while also executing thorough manual testing.
The position requires strong expertise in CRM testing, automation frameworks, QA methodologies, and Agile delivery models. The engineer works closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure test coverage, defect resolution, and continuous quality improvement. This is a hands-on role that demands ownership, analytical thinking, and proactive collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Functional Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites using C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, SpecFlow, and related automation tools
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Service Management Tools (SMT)
- Power Platform solutio
