Accountabilities
- Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements and documentation that accurately reflect customer requirements while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on legal matters to contribute to efficient service delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat, providing timely, accurate, and qualified assistance regarding products, services, and account management.
- Guide customers through technical setup processes, including assisting with integrations and ensuring successful configuration of required platforms.
- Support prospective customers by answering questions, explaining services, and contributing to a positive pre-sales experience.
