Role Overview

The Payroll Executive will manage end-to-end payroll operations for staffing employees, ensuring timely salary processing,

statutory compliance, and accurate payroll reporting. .

Key Responsibilities -

•Monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement coordination

•Attendance, leave, arrears, and full & final settlement processing





•Statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity

•Investment declaration & payroll audit support

•MIS reporting and employee query resolution

•Minimum 1 year experience handling staffing/consultancy payroll

•Strong knowledge of payroll compliance & labour laws

•Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools

•High accuracy, ownership, and time management skills
