Production OSD: Trainee (Fresher – B.Pharm)
- cGMP & SOP Learning: Undergo intensive training to understand current Positive Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), data integrity (ALCOA+ principles), and plant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process Observation: Shadow senior officers across core OSD sections—Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsules—to learn large-scale manufacturing unit operations.
- Documentation Assistance: Learn how to accurately fill out Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), equipment logbooks, and line clearance checklists under direct supervision.
- In-Process Checks (IPQC): Learn to operate lab equipment and perform basic in-process quality control tests like tablet weight variation, hardness, thickness, and friability.
- Line Clearance Practices:



Assist in executing step-by-step line clearance procedures during product changeovers to prevent cross-contamination and product mix-ups.
- Material Dispensing & Reconciliation: Observe the process of material verification, weighing, and yield reconciliation at the end of manufacturing stages.
- Cleanroom Discipline: Practice strict personal hygiene, cleanroom behavioral standards, and correct structural gowning protocols for oral solid dosage areas.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all factory safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and safety shoes.
