As the Associate Marketing Manager, Market & Competitive Intelligence (MICI) for the Global Infusion Therapies & Technologies (ITT) division, you are the strategic engine behind our understanding of markets, competition, and future opportunities. You will own the development of global market models, competitive intelligence frameworks, and insight platforms that guide upstream marketing, portfolio prioritization, innovation investments, and executive decision‑making.
You will partner closely with global marketing, regional commercial teams, R&D;, strategy, and finance to deliver insights that influence Baxter’s portfolio direction across a $4B global business.
